For this practice, find a place outdoors that feels good to you. As you join the moving meditation, you may soften your gaze, close your eyes completely, or you may softly notice nature around you. Moving gently with the flow of your breathing, listen to nature sounds around you, feel the temperature of the air on your skin, and allow your body to relax and connect with your surroundings.
