Human wellness, movement and nature-based practices

At The Wild Within, you will be invited to join familiar practices - like slow walking, yoga and journaling - and try new movement practices that perhaps are unfamiliar - like quadrupedal movements, animal flow, and wild parcours. To prepare your mind and body, we have some "pre-wild" invitations for you to explore before your arrival. These invitations are gentle and will help you arrive ready to try diverse experiences offered during the immersion.

These include meditations, gentle breathing sequences, and resilience-building movements. Just 3–5 minutes of practice— when you wake up, during your lunch break, or before bed—will help connect your body, mind, and soul to the journey ahead.

Remember, the goal isn't to master these practices before arriving, but to begin exploring new ways of moving and noticing, and to prepare your body for a healthier lifestyle.
