What to bring: packing list suggestions
Campers have additional items listed below
- Nature’s gift: Bring a small gift from nature that is special to you, it can be a stone, a feather, carved wood. We will offer it to the altar the first day (You can take it back with you at the end of the immersion).
- Clothing: Comfortable workout clothes suitable for yoga, running, and stretching outdoors and indoors. Bring enough to change between days/ activities. Don't forget a warmer layer for cooler evenings and early mornings.
- Swimwear: If you want to spend time in the sauna or experience swimming in the nearby lake, bring your swimsuit. (The lake is clothing optional; clothing is required in the sauna).
- Footwear: Fitness shoes and comfortable sandals or flip-flops. Opportunities to roam barefoot is offered; however, in dining halls and the yoga practice room, barefeet or yoga socks are preferred.
- Picnic Blanket or Fabric: A comfortable surface to sit on and share with others while on the grass or in the forest.
- Rain Gear: If it rains we may still visit the forest. Bring rain gear (rain jacket and rain pants) just in case.
- Yoga Mat: If you have a favorite one, bring it along. Our immersion provides mats, but you may want to bring your own.
- Journal and Pen: For reflective practices and jotting down insights and inspirations. You will also be issued with a Journal in your Welcome Pack.
- Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is key, especially when you are active.
- Healthy Snacks: All main meals are provided, but it is always a good idea to have your own snacks for between activities.
